iPad 3! I Have to Have It!

So, in a yearly tradition of updating devices, the iPad 3 will be announced tomorrow at the Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco. I was an early iPad adopter, and still have my original version from 2010. Now, though, as it has been two years, I've decided to upgrade. I hope to get my hands on an iPad in the next couple weeks. I hope pre orders are available, because everyone knows that if you don't get your hands on the first batch of a new Apple product, you'll be waiting for several weeks. My parents keep telling me though that I have to be patient. I understand that, but in utter reality, I've been patient. I was patient when all the kids came to school with iPad 2s. I was patient when rumors of the new iPad started circling inAugust. I was very patient when i started saving my money in a jar back in October, selling old devices I didn't use any more. Well, I think I've been patient long enough. I'm getting the iPad on its launch date. I'm going to waltz into the Apple store with a jar which contains seven hundred dollars cash, and I am going to leave with my new slice of amazing technology, content in the fact that I WAS patient, and that rather than begging my parents for one, I saved the money myself. This is how I gained my first iPad, and using it just feels so much more satisfying.

This is my original iPad. I decided to keep it, and I have made an inexpensive, seven dollar wall mount in the kitchen for a family tablet that we can all use to better organize our household.
